Pricing

We use USDA-inspected processing facilities to prepare your beef. The meat is cured for 7 to 10 days. It is then expertly processed and butchered into the precise cuts you have requested. It is vacuum-packed and frozen to prepare for your freezer. The USDA says beef is usable indefinitely as long as it stays frozen! GOOD TO KNOW!

Our price currently is $6.75/lb. of hanging weight. There are no other costs involved. We pay the processing fees. When we are notified that the beef is ready to be picked up, the processing center will supply us with each steer’s hang weights, and your invoice will be prepared accordingly. We will email you your invoice and let you know via text as well when and where your beef will be ready for pickup. We accept cash and checks at this time and you can pay when you pick up your order.

We also offer Bags of Beef! This is a fairly new program for us, but our customers are loving it. They don’t have to have a lot of freezer space available at one time and don’t have to have a big budget available either. See below for prices of these packages!
